Important Hotel Information
- Beginning August 1, 2009, all guest rooms will be 100% non-smoking.
- Please be advised that the hotel will be undergoing renovations starting June 1st, 2009 with an estimated completion date of August 21, 2009. During this time no noisy construction will take place in occupied buildings, and construction will be protected with appropriate fencing and landscaping. No work will begin prior to 8 a.m. (Monday through Friday). The clubhouse, spa and conference center will remain construction free and there will be no disruption to the normal activities of the resort.
- Beginning on June 29, 2009, work will begin at the pool area from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday. The existing pool will be fully operational and there will not be any interruption of services. The proposed completion date is November 1, 2009.
- As of August 1, 2009 all Guest Rooms will be NON-SMOKING Rooms.
- Please note The Broadwell Restaurant has limited operational hours during the summer months.
