The hotel is not in the best area of town, but we didn't find that out until the next morning when we saw a prostitute walking up and down the street right out in front of the hotel. The room was clean. Fine for an overnight stop.

Overall, my stay at Travelodge was okay. My room was clean, had a fridge and a microwave which was handy for restaurant leftovers, but it is an older hotel an showed some signs of age. There were black marks on the hall walls and doors. On the positive side, the staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was meager, mini muffins, coffee, tea, and apple juice. They were out of oj.

We are seniors traveling on a budget. My handicapped wife and I stayed in room #227, a 1st floor drive-up, king bed, non-smoking room on Sunday, April 4, 2008 booked through online utilizing an Elite Rewards voucher instead of the $65.22 total senior rate. This was one of eleven motels in which we stayed on our 25 day trip. Our pre-arrival and arrival experience was without problem and, as our reservations were in order, check-in went quickly and smoothly. The appearance of the exterior and lobby of this motel were clean and well maintained. Parking directly in front of the room facilitated movement of our baggage. The room was large and clean as were the bathroom and vanity but there was a lingering odor of smoke in this non-smoking room. Smoking was probably encouraged by the fact that there were ashtrays and matches in the Non-Smoking Room. The bed was comfortable. The wall plugs, lighting, fixtures and appliances (fridge and microwave ) all functioned properly and were clean. Plumbing worked well. Water pressure and drainage were very good. Room had somewhat dim lighting but was laptop computer and workspace friendly. Room was semi-quiet, for a ground floor room fronting onto parking. Safety precautions were in place although there was a slight problem with the magnetic key function. A very, very meager coffee, juice, cereal, cookies/bagels/donuts breakfast is offered in an open breakfast area. Check-out was easy and without problem and our billing was accurate. I would consider this an above average budget motel experience. I would RECOMMEND this motel to travelers. We would definitely stay here again. We liked ? Cleanliness of the motel and room. Ease of registration and departure. We disliked ? Ashtrays & matches and smell of smoke in non-smoking room. Meager breakfast.

The staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The "free breakfast" was slightly sad, consisted of snack donuts, kid size honey buns, and small plain muffins. The coffee was good and fresh.For the price, you couldn't ask for much more. Well worth the money, the only thing that needs They were hard as rocks. If you have bad hips and joints...beware. But I can't really express how great the staff was!!!!

We travel frequently. This Travelodge is the worst place we have ever encountered!! Very un clean, smelly, terrible service... we couldn't even get an extra pillow. The staff is rude, especially the afternoon shift lady. The reseervations were put on our credit card, after 2 nights there we wanted to leave, they wouldnt refund our card. we left anyway. we stayed across the street at The Executive Inn.. A much better priced, cleaner, and bigger rooms. We are in the process of filing fraudulant billing claims with our credit card company... A word to the wise... GO ELSEWHERE!!!
