  We have stayed at this hotel several times without any major complaints. The few issues we have had were always addressed in a timely manner. The breakfast buffet is good and the rooms are clean.

  Hotel was clean and very nice. staff was friendly and helpful. free breakfast was very good with large variety.

  The entire staff, even employees you met in the halls went out of their way to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and assist us in every way possible. The suite was spacious, well-equipped and well serviced every day. Their breakfast buffet and happy hours Mon. through Thurs. eve. offered a wide variety of foods and drinks. Both my husband, myself and our granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed using the pool, which was very clean inside and on the decks and the equipment in the gym appeared to be in great condition. The location was fabulous; across the street from the bay yet within walking distance to downtown Pensacola with it's parks, museums and restaurants. This place is definitely a "keeper"!

  We enjoyed our room accommodations, the very friendly stafff, and the wonderful full breakfast buffet. we hope to return. great place and location.

  My family and I had the Best Experience her at the Residence Inn Downtown! We have already made plans to go back before the summer is over. Location/Breakfast/The Best Staff/Price..you can't go wrong-Home away from Home!
