My husband and I stayed overnight September 19, 2008 on our way to Key West. The room was very small but clean and comfortable. I could not have stayed more than one night because of the size of the room. The young lady at the front desk looked like she was either tired or bored and was talking to another young lady when I approaced the desk. They both looked like they were bothered that their conversation was interruped. I also called for a wakeup call and the person merely said ok and hung up never repeating the requested time. The next morning when we checked out I told the gentleman at the desk that I saw small ants in the bathroom and rather than take care of checking us out first he was more concerned with notifying the person who ""takes care of ants"". However, the bellman saved the day and was so very friendly and helpful with our bags. As was the waiter in the restaurant at the hotel. He was so nice and if he wasn't so busy we could have enjoyed a conversation with him. By-the-way the meal was good, expensive but good. The other very helpful person was the gentleman who helped us with bringing our bags to the registration desk. Without his help we would not have located the entrance without a lot of searching the area as there were no visible signs as you head towards baggage pickup. So all in all, staying at the airport hotel was a convenience, expensive for what they offer but convenient. Being right at the American terminal was a good thing as we spent 45 minutes being switched to different American Airlines counters just to get checked in, as did many other people.

One night stay before flight next morning. Room was clean, large, and comfortable. Will stay here again when in Miami before or after a flight. Being right at airport next morning was convienent. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers who need room before or after a flight.

One night stay here prior to return flight home. The rooms are quite small, but were clean and the convenience is great. Very nice to be able to pop downstainrs for coffee in the morning and come back to your room and relax knowing the gate is two minutes away. Price was reasonable for the convenience. Would stay there again prior to outbound flight.

Perfect location for travelers . Very confy bed and the best of all the seat in the room. I heard so many comments about the smell and noise in the room, nothing of that ......smell looks it is clean, quiet . Remodeling seem has worked , Samll room Yes but confy for a short stay, Recomend it YES !
