Stayed in Dec 08. Checked in around 8PM with no problems. Got to the room and the pull out bed for my kids had no sheets/blankets/pillows/towels. I had to go to the front desk to get some however they only had one pillow. I asked for a second one and was told to use one from my bed. As soon as the lights were turned off Roaches started coming out. There was hair in the bathroom (not ours) and in the morning housekeeping asked to come into our room to get things out of the closet (iron and board) for another room. The breakfast was pretty good and was not crowded. The hotel was pretty much dirty with trash in the elevator and the hotel needs some work. We stayed here about 5 years ago and now it is really run down. Staff didn't seem to care.

We stayed here with a group for three nights with few problems. BAD: We arrived at 3a.m., with reservations, but the overnight desk clerk was not friendly almost to the point of being rude. We found one cockroach in one of rooms one time, but the front desk seemed concerned about it (This is Florida). Never any towels at the pool. GOOD: Rooms were fine for us. All of ours had a 'fridge and a microwave. The pool was nice and clean, and the spa was clean and warm. The general manager was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They could not supply our exact reservation, so we got an two smaller rooms for the price of the suite we had reserved, Breakfast was excellent, though when one food item ran out the person supplying it wasn't helpful about it, making a joke out of it, I think. I simple 'sorry, we're out' would have been better. The hotel is close to I-95, but I had no trouble sleeping.

Despite having a pleasant stay a couple of years ago, I was dismayed to see how badly this hotel has degraded since then. The rooms, hallways and common areas need serious maintenance and upgrades: paint is peeling on trim, seriously banged up furniture, in-room safes that don't work yet they charge you for it. The list goes on? Truly a 2 star hotel (at best), not 3!!!

I stayed in this hotel for one night and it was a very bad experience. The walls, draperies, furniture and bed coverings were very stained and dirty. HVAC vents were hanging out of wall. HVAC very noisy. I would not recommend this facility at any price."
