  Clean, well lit facility; clean, spacious room; friendly, helpful staff. Great room/hotel for a great price! Highly recommend. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS THAT THERE AREN'T ANY ICE MACHINES ON THE FIRST FLOOR!

  The hotel smelled awful. The smoking areas look and smell like they haven't been cleaned in months. We witnessed a man spraying air freshener in the hallway because the smell had gotten too bad. There were cigarette holes in the beds and if you can believe - on the shower curtain! We even left a day early and were told by the hotel clerk that we'd receive a refund. It's been 7 days now and we have not received a refund. We were also charged $25.00 for a deposit for the phone - we made no calls and did not use the internet - we were told it was a pending charge that would be clear before it was charged to my account. My account has been charged. All in all, I feel this whole ordeal was a rip off.

  I didnt stay at the comfort inn got there and they asked for second form of id to show proof of my address i've never had that to happen ...

  i didnt stay at the comfort inn got there and they asked for second form of id to show proof of my address i've never had that to happen from the looks i dont think i would have enjoyed it .

  The only thing missing from our room was a refrigerator. The room was clean. The husband said there were a couple of bugs in the bathroom when he went in there but I did not see any. The staff was pleasant. I had no complaints.
