This hotel sits across the street from Pensacola Beach, however there are no windows on that side of the hotel? On the opposite end of the hotel there are approx. 8 rooms with 'ocean' views that look out over an inlet full of boats, hardley worth paying for. All remaining rooms look out over parking lots or condos. Instructions in room for wireless internet, however they don't have wireless internet. You can borrow an ethernet cable from the front desk, pull out the bed and connect if need be. May be worth it, I found the TV remote behind there. Staff not the brighest either. On the plus side, room was clean. Poor excuse for a Comfort Inn, I may rethink one of my favorite chains.

Hotel is across street from beach but rooms are smaller than expected. Has fridge and microwave. Bathroom extremely small. Nice beach area in back with hammock and swingset area for kids. Washer/dryer on site. Pool is immaculately clean! Beds are very comfortable. Free breakfast includes waffles, cereal, sausage, breads--however, no white bread. Staff very knowledgable and helpful. Within walking distance of shopping areas. Hotel needs some updating though. Overpriced for size of room, even though it's very close to beach.

We booked for two nights, but ended up staying only one. Could not log on to the wireless internet, called the front desk to see if it they had cable internet. She said yes, I found the plug behind the bed. I could not log on, called front desk to get help number, she said should be a card in the room. I told her there was no card, and she didn't even know the number to call so I never did get on. Complained about it the next morning at check out, they said she should have had the number but they didn't seem too concerned that we were not happy. The breakfast room was packed , too small and not kept stocked. It could have been a pretty good breakfast if you got there early. Waffles, sausage, etc. So we had only coffee and a muffin. Rates are decent for being on the island compared to others there.

This is a old MOTEL that is in desperate need of upgrade. Old paint, old equipment, old elevators, old room amenities, old beds old old old...
The first room was dirty, there were stains on the ceiling, dirt and sand in the bedding and hair on the pillows. It was obvious that the house keeping did not change the sheets.
The noise from this place was horrible. They partied out by the pool until 3 am. Then they brought it inside. The walls are paper thin so forget about a good rest.
Stay far away and check out Hampton Inn or Hilton Inns across the street, I did.
