  Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a romantic vacation. We got in at around 10pm and the staff was friendly enough, but I got questioned by a new employee about why we were getting in so late. I told him that we came from Louisiana, and he said that it doesn't take that long to get to Florida from Louisiana. Anyway, we finally got to our room and it smelled very strongly of chlorine and suntan lotion. We had a pool view so it was understandable, but it was still strong until we got used to it. The hallways were very humid and dark, so it was kind of scary. The room itself has a mini fridge,a tiny microwave and a small sink. The bathroom is surprisingly roomy, but the sink is inside the bathroom, so my boyfriend ended up brushing his teeth in the "kitchen" sink when I had to take a shower. The closet has a mirrored door, so I had to hang a towel over it so I could sleep. The pool is nice and heated, and it felt really good in the hot sun. The hotel looks old and run down from the outside, but it's not so bad. It is close to several fast food restaurants and a buffet restaurant. Overall, it was a nice stay.

  I've made a reservation two days before the night of stay. i called to canx immediately after and they charged 25 on my credit card. they said it ...

  I've made a reservation two days before the night of stay. I called to canx immediately after and they charged 25 on my credit card. They said it is in their ""written policy."" I got no where with the supervisor even after I told him of my hardship circumstances. I then asked for the general manager's number but he refused to give it to me!

  the overall appearance of the outside of the hotel needs improvement. the hotel itself needs wood replacement and a fresh coat of paint. the staff was the best part. Each morning, the were working hard to make the hotel nice and clean. the grounds are kept clean. Animals are allowed, that was another great feature. the room itself was very nice. Well stocked with daily needs. Of all the places I have stayed, for the price of the hotel....it was fantastic. The staff made the hotel.
