We were very disappointed with this hotel. The room was very small & old/outdated. There was construction going on all day and early in the morning. Signs said to let the staff know if the remodeling was inconveniencing you. When we let staff know we had been woken up twice to hammering, they didn't do a thing to compensate us for our inconvenience. The toilet didn't flush and the tub didn't drain well. We reported these problems to the staff who asked us if we reported it! The staff was rude and unresponsive. The only good thing about this hotel was the location, right in the heart of Victoria. We wouldn't recommend this hotel!

We were very disappointed with this hotel. The room was very small & old/outdated. There was construction going on all day and early in the morning. Signs said to let the staff know if the remodeling was inconveniencing you. When we let staff know we had been woken up twice to hammering, they didn't do a thing to compensate us for our inconvenience. The toilet didn't flush and the tub didn't drain well. We reported these problems to the staff who asked us if we reported it! The staff was rude and unresponsive. The only good thing about this hotel was the location, right in the heart of Victoria.
