Important Hotel Information

Effective on May 1, 2007 all ResortQuest Whistler managed properties must have the primary occupant and the credit card holder as a minimum age of 25 years for all new bookings for all properties/lodges.
Security Policy

A signed valid credit card pre-authorization of 250 - 1500 depending on property will be required at registration. As we have a responsibility to our owners, this security deposit is required for any non-accidental damage or any accidental damage above and beyond what is covered in our damage waiver benefit within the 6% reservation fee.
Personal cheques and cash are not accepted. The pre-authorization will be voided 10 days after arrival date provided there is no damage, missing inventory, telephone charges and/or excessive cleaning required.
Properties checking in at Northstar: Stoney Creek Northstar, Marketplace Lodge Apr 19-Nov 25, 2009: Aspens: Daily 8am - 8pm. Fri and Sat only between Jun 26 to Sep 5, 2009 check in between 7am-11pm. After hrs check-in located at Glacier Lodge: 24 hrs/7 days a wk. Town Plaza: Daily 8am-12am. April 27 onwards Sun to Thu 9am-9pm; Fri/Sat 8am-12am. After hrs guests refer to signage on front door. ResortQuest Rentals at Glacier Lodge is located in the Whistler Upper Village, only two blocks from the base of Blackcomb Mountain. Surrounded by plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment venues, the lodge enjoys a convenient location in the pedestrian-only village. The town of Whistler offers complimentary shuttle service throughout the main village area to area ski lifts, and connects to public bus lines offering service to nearby communities.Guests are welcomed into a comfortably furnished lobby complete with a stone fireplace. The lodge features an outdoor swimming pool and spa tub, fitness equipment, and a ski shop that offers rentals. A beer and wine shop is also on site. A conference room and guest laundry facilities are available. The 24-hour front desk offers safe-deposit boxes, and the staff will assist with tour planning and dry cleaning. Spa services are available on site.Guestroom options include a hotel room, studio, or one-bedroom condo-style loft units with full kitchens. All rooms include dial-up Internet access and cable TV with VCRs. Some units have balconies. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. A touch up clean and towel and linen change are included once every four days for stays of five nights or longer. Additional housekeeping services are available for a fee.Please note that the individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups and sports team groups are prohibited.
