The Villas at Walton Creek offer accommodations in Steamboat Springs, CO, approximately 23 miles from the Yampa Valley airport. The villas are clustered around two private cul-de-sacs, making this lodging option much more like a private residence than a vacation rental. The villas share two outdoor whirlpools. For easy transport to the Silver Bullet Gondola and the ski area base, the free skier shuttle stops at the property. The property offers free parking, free local calls, daily maid service and is 600 yards from slopes.

There are 16 condos. Two- and three-bedroom condos are available with a maximum occupancy of six. Bedding varies per unit and unit type. Requests are first come first serve if available. Condo decor is cozy and western-style. All units have a living room, bathroom with bathtub and shower, hairdryer, private garage, private balcony/patio, fireplace, kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes/utensils, trash disposal, stove/oven), iron/ironing board, dining area, cable television, DVD/VCR, CD/stereo player and dataport telephone. Rollaways are available.
