  after spending two nights at the holiday inn express for free (priority club points) i was disappointed with the room at the silver cloudno early check-in.(no bottled water, no microwave popcorn) and noisier (thin walls?)on the plus side it was very convenient,close to my son's house; i enjoyed being able to walk to the university mall. the area overall was safer than where i stayed previously. the front desk people, once i was allowed to check in, were friendly and efficient.

  We enjoyed the stay at Silver Cloud. The staff are excellent, rooms clean, and the beds are super comfortable. Breakfasts are great and the wine and cheese get together was fun! Would stay here again.
