  I was very happy - yet again - with my experience with La Quinta. They are quickly becoming my motel line of choice. Clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, tasty free breakfast. This particular La Quinta is located only 3 miles from PDX and is extremely easy to locate; despite its close proximity to the airport, the rooms are quiet and peaceful. I didn't hear a single plane at night. The beds were - in La Quinta tradition - were unbelievably comfortable, very clean, and well made-up. The bathroom was spotless and the indoor pool was a big hit with my neice. All in all, I was very pleased.

  The La Quinta Inn is located on Holman Street, which connects to Airport Way in one direction and Sandy Boulevard in the other (after morphing into 105th Avenue). That combination makes it a very good location, as does the fact that the Thrifty and Enterprise lots are a stone's throw away. Room are clean, breakfast is free and much better than the average free breakfast. Parking is more than ample.

  The hotel was a friendly atmosphere, always helpful when we had questions. The shuttle from the airport,and to the airport, was most helpful for us and the drivers were eager to help us. Our kingsize bed was so comfortable and the hallways were generally quiet so our sleep wasn't disturbed. The Continental Breakfast each morning was great - lots of variety and plenty of it. It saved us from having to find another restaurant to each - very convenient.
