  I will never stay at this property again. I stayed here a year or so ago and it was absolutely wonderful. Everything about it has gone WAY down hill. New management needed very badly. The only good experience was the woman working the front desk in the middle of the night during the week. She was very friendly and willing to help us.

  The front desk staff were very friendly, as well as the lounge and dinning staff.
  i found my room with no hotel information, i was not aware that they ...

  The front desk staff were very friendly, as well as the lounge and dinning staff.
  I found my room with no hotel information, I was not aware that they had room service until after I had been there 3 days...nor did I know where to find the ice machine.
  Housekeeping needs to be trained on how to clean..my room was pretty nasty, and
  had many unwanted guests (BUGS)..
  I will not stay at this hotel or any other Marriott..ANYWHERE
