    It was truly a wonderful experience when I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Hotel Seatac near Seattle Internation Airport. The hotel provides free shuttle from and to the airport. When I arrived at the airport late evening and phoned the hotel inquiring about the transportation - the driver was patiently instructing me over the phone exactly where to be picked up and his estimated time for arrival. The overall ambience of the hotel and the lobby are very inviting. The staff were very courteous and attentative. The room is spacious and clean. Moreover, the Front Office offered the hotel guests coupon of special discount to dine in the restaurant. The food were delicious! We orded fish for dinner and had the breakfast buffet in the following morning. They are so good - even my husband who is always skeptical about hotel dining agrees they are very tasty! It is truly wonderful! Plus, in comparing with my relatives who happened to stay at other hotels nearby during the same time; we got way better bang for the lodging buck! We will stay next year with you as well.

    Stayed overnight with my family for an early flight out the next morning. The staff was fantastic from the minute we walked in the door- friendly desk staff, really great with my kids. The hotel had a huge indoor pool ;another big score for the kids; and a full restaurant and room service. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, everything was fresh and ready to go, and the breakfast staff was great as well! The room was simple and comfortable- not a ton of space, but plenty big for us. I need to call back and ask what matresses they use- they were the best! Would definitely like to come again when we have a bit more time!

    I travel all the time for work and usually fly out early in the mornings so I will stay at an airport hotel the night before. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Seattle Airport a few nights agao and I was extremely impressed with the hotel. The service was incredible - I had a few questions when I checked in and everything was handled perfectly and to my expectation. The room I was in was very spacious and very comfortable with a great view of the airport - I love watching the planes come and go. The hotel has a pillow menu and I called and requested pillows from that - they arrived at my room within 5 minutes. The bed was incredibly comfortable - had a great night sleep. The hotel restaurant/bar was great. The food was good and the bar set up is fun to watch a game. There are also a few great restaurants only a short walk away. Overall I was very impressed with this hotel and WILL stay here again when I need an airport property.

    This Hotel may be near the airport but the public buses to the city run about every half-hour. The 174 gets within a block of Quest and Safeco Fields so you don't have to pay more to stay in the City. Fare is a couple of bucks. Also, the Hotel itself has a very polite and knowledgeable staff. The few problems I had consisted of an inoperative safe and missing amenities but these were cleared up in a matter of less than 10 minutes. WOW...Fast, friendly and clean. What more do you need for a night's stay. Food, there's a restaurant onsite as most Hotels have, and others within walking distance. I didn't try the Denny's but they're all the same, aren't they? Or close. Did I mention the walk to the Hotel from the terminal isn't that far, either. The only problem they couldn't solve at the time was a missing CBS channel on the TV. No big deal for this stay. At the time of this review, they are using the 4x3 standard TV Sets.
