  The staff was courteous and responded quickly when I had a request. My ONLY difficulty was the fact that the hotel did not have an elevator. I wandered around the first floor--with my two rolling bags--lookingfor the elevator, when an employee told me that the hotel did not have an elevator. If I had known that, I would have brought the bags in separately...or asked the front desk for assistance. I ate five meals in the restaurant. The service was excellent and the wait staff was courteous at all times. The food was good, too! I had one request for additional items in my room, and the delivery was made within ten minutes of my request.

  My husband and I have stayed twice at this nice hotel. We woke up looking at beautiful mountains and changing leaves in the fall. Every staff member was pleasant. Since we are from FL, both times some personal items were left in the rental car overnight and they were safe. We hope to go to Seattle this fall and once again spend several enjoyable nights in Issaquah. Be sure to go to Issaquah's Chamber of Commerce and Jack's for dinner. Love this hotel......

  We needed a getaway and I picked this location for convenience, type of room and price. Even though it is close to and easy to get on and off the freeway, never heard any noise to speak of. The first night we had dinner at the restaurant and it and the service was good. Shopping and anything you want is easy to get to and close by. The room was spacious and comfortable. We both needed the break and a rest and would return here for sure.

  We spent the night only to be close to the airport shuttle after leaving points east. We were very pleasantly surprised by our very nice room, incredible bed and linens, and quiet. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
