  We stayed on the Holiday Inn one night- and it was the worst Holiday Inn we have ever stayed at. Dirty rooms, horrible continental breakfast- hard as a rock rolls and the business center sucked. Computers and wi-fi don't work here. If you can log on, you can't use their printer cause it is out of ink and they won't go get any until next week! Can't someone run across the street to Rite Aid and buy some? The mattress was hard- the shower little with no water pressure... Motel 6 would have been a better choice. Poor staff. Oh and not to mention the bar and party all night next door! Dog is cute.

  The team led by Julie, one of the Managers, makes sure your stay is the best! with the BBQ nite (free food and drinks!), milk and cookies, and great staff - including housekeeping, this place makes it feel like home! Highly recommended.

  I've stayed here twice within the past year. Very nice experience both times. The building was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was wonderful and the kids just loved Kip, the hotel dog that lives in the lobby. The free breakfast was also nice.

  The staff was most friendly and I love the sweet dog laying by the desk. They have beautiful rooms for the money. The pool has a lot of towels if you need them. I was really impressed with the breakfast. Most hotels only give you some coffee and/or a muffin. These people put on a full, tasty, fresh breakfast. The parking was really easy and it was easily accessible to downtown or the freeway. It was an all around wonderful experience. Thanks so much! We will look to Holiday Inn Express for our travel needs again. Keep up the good work. You are appreciated.

  This is our second time at this hotel when we travel to Spokane. I highly recommend it to anyone. There was only one thing wrong this trip, the pool was cold. Our daughter would go back and forth from the hot tub to the pool. I just put my foot in and was cold. Everything else was fantastic!! Their greeter x our daughter just loved!!!
