  We had a deal for Sheraton Seattle. We tried to check in at 3:30 but they ""did not have a room clean yet"" They were apologetic & held our luggage for us. We had a late lunch & returned an hour later & were able to get into our room. Neat, clean, quiet. They have free wireless internet in the lobby or you pay a $ charge per night if you want access in your room. We were satisfied with our stay & would be willing to return again. Easy check out by TV, phone, or express boxes.

  All of the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was ready well before check-in time and was beautiful. The swimming pool was awesome and loved by our kids.

  The room was just OK. To add insult to injury an Ethernet computer connection was an addition $9.00 a day! Valet parking (required) was an addition $33.00 a day! The room did have a safe to store my computer when I was out. I appreciate that. The hotel is triangular shaped. I stayed in one of the corners. There were four doors next to each other. The room was noisy with all of the doors shutting during the night. The location is great if you want to explore downtown Seattle. The hotel is close to the convention center. The Grill restaurant on the property was a good restaurant. I split the breakfast with a friend and it was more than either of us could eat. The hotel was overpriced and disappointing for the amount of money paid. Not my favorite hotel in Seattle.

  The bed was hard as a rock, the sheets were so stiff they were like sleeping on sandpaper, when you rolled over they may noise, worst night sleep of my ...

  The bed was hard as a rock, the sheets were so stiff they were like sleeping on sandpaper, when you rolled over they may noise, worst night sleep of my life. For * a night I expect the ice machine to work, the mini bar to be accessable, the water bottles to be cold, a fan in the bathroom, and A THERMOSTAT for room temperature. To top this off, check out was at 12:00pm and at 9:00am I came out of the shower to find housekeeping in my room. I went for the location and amenities and was greatly disappointed. There are many hotels to choose from in this area, I recommend researching others before you stay here. I will not stay here again.
