  This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The rooms were mediocre for the price. The desk staff were on their cell phones every time we went to ask them something an WE had to wait for them to finish their personal conversations! They would not answer the hotel phone when we needed to get picked up by the hotel shuttle and had to take a cab from the airport. The staff made us feel we were inconveniencing them every step of the way, from the desk clerks to the shuttle driver. And free airport shuttle means to them you go when they decide you go which may mean you're at the airport hours before you need to be, or you end up having to take a cab!

  I have stayed at this hotel four times in the last year and have had no complaints. I work in the hotel industry so I have higher expectations than a normal traveler and this hotel meets and exceeds my expectations. It's a little pricey but the rooms are very clean, the staff is always eager to help, and the airport shuttle is quick and easy. I highly recommend this hotel.
