  I have been in the hotel business for over 20 years and this hotel is clean, and in a great location. You can walk to the space needle, zeek's pizza and the shopping mall. Across the street is a glass blowing studio you can particapte in, top pot donut and coffee shop is across the street. The hotel had a nice breakfast restaurant.

  Good price for what you get. it's not fancy but it's secure and clean - if rather outdated. and yes it's not across the street from pikes place ...

  Good price for what you get. It's not fancy but it's secure and clean - if rather outdated. And yes it's not across the street from Pikes Place or the Space Needle but both are easily walkable as are a ton of restaurants and bars - and to get any closer to the hot spots you can easily double the price. Plus it's convenient to get to and from the freeway and transit.

  We stayed here for four nights in August. It's a Ramada Inn so I wasn't expecting much, I just wanted a clean safe place to stay while we did the tourist thing. From the start I was surprised at how disappointed I was even though my expectations were very low. The hallways had a musty/moldy odor, the soda machine was out of order, the ice machines were out of order. The bathroom had mold and dustballs on the wall behind the door, as if the maids had never looked behind it. The toilet ran for a good 5-10 minutes after flushing. The coffee maker STILL HAD COFFEE in it from the previous guest. I cleaned it myself. The next morning I made coffee but the machine got jammed and coffee spilled all over the sink. I used the towels to try to mop it up and we left to sight-see. When we returned the coffee had only been half-heartedly mopped up, with some coffee puddles still on sink. Besides the cleaning issues, the hotel was quiet, we had a great view of downtown from our window, it was VERY conveniently located (we were able to walk to Seattle Center, Space Needle and Pike Place Market), and had a very large comfortable lobby with a big screen TV that many guests came to watch the Olympics on in the evenings. There was also a computer in the lobby with free internet access for guests. It was located in a reasonably safe area and had many eating places nearby - but not many were open after 6pm. There is a good cafe and a donut shop right across the street.

  WiFi was not working, after I complaint I got 3times the answer, that I didnt book direct with RAMADA so they dont care. I got the feeling, that I'm a bad customer because I come from online travel website.
