  We had non-refundable reservations. Never will do that again. On the first half of our trip they had to move us three times because my mother could not walk up stairs. Before we left, we asked specificallly to reserve a room that had no stairs. This was a week in advance. When we retuned, we were assigned a room where we had to carry my mom down two stairs to get to the room with no stairs. We were very disappointed. We will never stay there again. Also, when we went to breakfast, the young lady that was tending the breakfast bar had on a skirt that was way too short...very unprofessional........and it was torn with the torn piece just hanging there. The motel should have either had a dress code or sent her home to change.

  When we arrived, we were on the third floor. No elevator so we requested a ground floor. My 85 year old mother-in-law was traveling with us and has congestive heart failure. They then gave us another room and said it was only five steps. I checked the accessability before the others got out of the car. There were 15 steps, not five. Went back to the front desk. We were given a different room again. I checked this one out and it was indeed on the ground floor. The parking was less than desirable and the trip to decent dining was more work than it was worth. We had already reserved a non-refundable room here so there was no canceling without losing money. Otherwise we would have gone someplace else. Before leaving, we made sure it was recorded that we needed a ground floor room. We will see when we get there.!

  This hotel was clean and the clerks were friendly. The neighborhood is not the best but the hotel grounds felt safe. Room was small but fine for my purposes. I would definitely stay here again.

  This hotel is not worth the money. It is located in the ghetto and the restaurant, Steamers, that is supposed to be part of the hotel is closed down. The tile on the bathroom floor in the room was coming up and it was hard to get in and out of the shower with it like that. The furniture was scratched up and the bedding was old. The hotel smelled like Indian cooking (owners are Indian). The complimentary breakfast they provide is sparse and they take it away at 9:00a. The only good thing about this hotel is that the room was clean.

  Getting picked up at airport was a little slow because the one givng the ride was also the front desk person and he had to check in some people before he could come get us. The rooms were clean and spacious. I was very surprsed to see that the rooms came with an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, and cable TV. The continental breakfast was OK. but, I've never seen scrambled eggs that were both frozen and flat like a pancake. I couldn't figure out the microwave in the dining room so I can't tell you how good it was. They did provide milk, coffee, juices, yogurt, toast, donuts, & apples. Great price for room and easy checkout. The hotel's van left right on time that I requested and even turned around when I realized that I had left one of my bags in the dining room. I would love to stay there again, but I will have to have a car next. time.
