  Frustrated with incompetence @ front desk. Complained to manager the next day. Manager handled it well. Everything else gets high marks. It's what I've come to except with the Marriott.

  Quiet, restful and beautiful. Room was squeaky clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. While there are no activities at hotel other than wonderful pool and sauna, dining and shopping are only a complimentary shuttle ride away. So nice to sit outside on our balcony, and enjoy beautiful courtyard view. Breakfast for purchase on premises, although we were unable to partake. It did look good as we walked by on the way out. Bed was very, very comfortable. And, get this: real Cotonelle toilet tissue, along with Kleenex brand tissues - not the cheap, scratchy kind so often found in hotels! We had a wonderful stay.

  bedding was terrible.Sheets would not stay secured to bed. flat pillows and very hard mattress. We asked for a quiet room and were placed on parking lot side near very busy road - continuous UPS truck traffic. Back side no bargain either - train tracks and garbage trucks emptying dumpsters.

  Rooms were large but basic. pool area great. restaurant service and food was below average. prompt shuttle service to airport.
