  This hotelis small and out of the way. if you are going to bourbon street stay somehwere else. it is a long walk and not convient to much of anything.

  Our room was very clean for the most part. There were some nit-picky issues here and there. Ex.: Light switch plates were not the correct size, so you could see a gap. Nothing major at all. Overall, it is a nice location. Plenty of places nearby to eat. We ate at the Grand Isle restaurant, 2 blocks away. Great food. I would recommend this hotel/

  We made reservations 3 months in advance to stay for the july essence festival for 5 days paid in full and they gave our room away!! we called to inform ...

  We made reservations 3 months in advance to stay for the July Essence Festival for 5 days paid in full and they gave our room away!! We called to inform them we would be in the next day ;not concerned with a day lost; the gentleman confirmed our reservations and said that would be fine. We called to let them know we were on the way and there was no room!! The manager was no help at all. After being on the phone with her for an hour, she found a room way cross town that we had to pay for, she wouldn't call and reserve the room for us and it was only for one night, we had reservations for 5 nights. They would not accommodate us at all. Should you decide to stay there DON'T BE LATE!!!

  Excellent hotel that is close to the convention center. It is located right on the Riverwalk. It is in walking distance of some very nice restrauants. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It is a excellent hotel for the price. The restraunt is good but service a little bit slow if in a rush in the am for a meeting. Food is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

  The hotel refused to give me a receipt for my room upon checking out. Hotel manage refused to honor my tax exemption letter, "you have to take that up with travelocity, not us". The front desk manager was rude, unhelpful, and disingenuous. She couldn't explain the hotel policies - and gave conflicting information regarding hotel polices. As a result, I had to contact travelocity to get a simple receipt that I needed for reimbursement purposes. The hotel rooms were unremarkable, as was its location. Valet parking was more expensive, even for that area of town. The regret staying at the Wyndham.
