Not worth it for what you pay. - Very dirty hotel - Staff is really non-helpful and they are not willing to help you. - Exesive extra charges for parking and late checkout - A/C is a very old system and you need to call maintenance once a day or two. - People smoke in this hotel, fire alarm activates and staff doesn't do anythig.... BEWARE! Your security can be in danger in this hotel! Not worth the risk!!!

This place has a beautiful lobby. Thats it. Absolutely horrible! The rate sounds great, but they don't mention the *$ per night for valet parking until you've already checked in! The rooms were NOT CLEAN! The bed was absolutely unbearable to sleep in and the air conditioning did not work! The "restaraunt" was overpriced and the breakfast was not very good. The front desk was very rude! They are not an honest operation--i had left my beach bag in the room and realized it the next day while were in Key West. I called the hotel, the women I spoke with could bearly understand me, eventually hung up on me! I called back to the reservation desk several times and no one answered. When we went BACK to Miami to speak to someone about our forgotten beach bag, the lady at the desk was extremely rude and kept us waiting for 45 minutes only to find out that nothing was found in our room after check out. I explained exactly in detail where I left the bag too! Very upset with this place. I would not stay here even if it were for free.

Would never stay here again..... worst hotel i have ever seen. The Staff did not want to help with anything!!! The room was dirty and i really dont think the cleners know how to clean ! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! TERRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!

07/09/2009This hotel is soooooooooooooo bad!!! they remake the beds, but do not give you clean towels or facecloths. no one speaks english except for the front desk clerk!!! good luck ...
This hotel is soooooooooooooo bad!!! They remake the beds, but do not give you clean towels or facecloths. NO ONE speaks english except for the front desk clerk!!! Good luck to anyone who has the guts to stay here, but I say, don't do it. There are tons of hotels on Miami Beach, pick another one, seriously!!!!!!!!!!
