So Ive stayed at this Super 8 motel before, and I must say in my past experiances it hasnt been too bad. Some minor confusion at check in but other than that its normally a pretty moderate motel for its price. However my most recent stay was one that made me change my mind about EVER coming to Super 8 again!!!! First off from a glance the room ""APPEARED"" decent, as we began to unpack and unwind it became clear this was not the case. The walls had food and hand prints on the as if a dirty child was rubbing up against the walls. It was clear the cleaning ladies were not doing their jobs and not to mention there was not cable in our room. Our TV didnt even work! When I notified the front office the man guy there came to ""fix"" the problem, which he didnt seem to know what he was doing in the first place. After about 30 mintues wasted waiting for him to get the Tv up and running he decided the connenction could not be fixed and suggested we stay in the room rather then switch because he did not have to ""reclean our room"" and so he procceded to offer us disounts to attractions I had already had tickets for! I was upset and in a pickel aas to what to do because I didnt want to piss anyone off and I also did not want to sit in silence and stair at gross walls while i was in my room. So I made the decison to switch, the second room was alot better, but I noticed there was dirty foot prints in the bath tube! This place was a joke! It only got worse!!!!! Do go here!

This place was horrible! When we checked in, they authorized my credit card twice then said it didn't work either time. When they tried it a third time, my credit card company shut down the card as suspected fraud. They made me come back to the office later and use a different card. When I got back I checked my account and it had two $ authorizations pending. They put us in a room that had wet carpet- wet from what we don't know. When we went to shower, there was zero water pressure. We called the front desk and our room phone didn't work. The front desk told us the water pressure "comes and goes". We tried the shower later and it worked fine. The next morning the pressure was gone again. They let us move rooms and the new room was better. When we checked out, they had already checked us out apparently when we switched rooms. They made me pay cash for the final night we stayed because I wasn't about to have them run another authorization on my card and they said they couldn't use one of the other two authorizations they had made for some reason. They yelled at me when I questioned the numerous authorizations and said it was my fault because my card obviously wasn't approved. Horrible service! Upon leaving I realized I left my phone charger in the first room. They wanted to charge me $ to send it to me via the mail. I told them to keep it.

our room had an awful odor so they gave us keys to another room which someone was already in, so they tried to put us back in the smelly room, when we sad no they gave us a third room but when we got back at midnight our keys did not work
