Important Hotel Information
- Prior to the completion of your reservation, you'll see a Taxes & Fees line that includes an amount equal to the property's resort fee of 9.20 USD per day (10.00 USD including tax recovery charge), that will then be included in the total charge. Please see Hotel Description for specific information related to amenities included with the resort fee.
- The city of Miami Beach is currently working on the construction of a board walk next to the beach right outside of this property. This is planned to be completed by the end of June 2008. Guests still have access to the beach and can still walk directly from the hotel.

Absolutely disgusting! The worst hotel I ever stayed at. The room was dirty. The pool was dirty. The pool bar looked like fungus was growing around the walls. The food took forever to arrive when ordering from the bar, and it was horrible. There was an area that looked like a junk yard near where they kept the beach towels. The service was a joke. The breakfast buffet was rancid. I can go on and on -- nuff said.

Do not believe them when they say that the hotel is renovating. My Hubby & I stayed there on Labor Day weekend & it was just horrible, the pool was dirty, the room that we stayed in supposely was renovated, right...........lol. The hallways smelled really bad & old, the valet was full all the time & we had to park in a parking that they provided, but that you still had to pay & at the same time you have to take a shuttle to. Disasterous...........believe me please.

Looking to book at the hotel that my parents had taken me to when i was very young. I was thrilled when there was availability. However, neither the website nor the hotel desk people made any mention of an event at the hotel that would not allow us as hotel guess access to the pool unless we paid an additional 25 dollars per guest nor did anyone notify me at booking that parking was going to be so insane. Also the hotel was overun with event goers and the guests were treated as nuisances.

What a complete disappointment. My boyfriend booked this hotel as a surprse gift for me. He called and asked about the services offered at this "resort" and was told information that was not true when we got there. No room service, overpriced restaurant, uncomfortable pool chairs in which half were broken, rude security that insisted on lecturing us for not having wristbands when the front desk never gave them to us, an hour long wait to check in, if you have a question you can wait at the front desk forever before anyone will ask if you need help, we waited an hour for fax that sat there the entire hour we waited. television channels are the worst,towels will scrape you up they are so rough, they run out of towels at the pool. poor water pressure in the shower and toilet, Anyone can walk in from the beach -there is no harrassing security there bc it is too hot ofcourse.. they harass you only in air conditioning. There is not a thing to do there and very few restaurats nearby. The hotel is very old and some areas are kept well while others are not. No table in the rooms or balconies. balconies are not kept up. Ugh the list can go on. 1 GOOD thing.. The room was nice, but had a strange smell upon entrance each time. Mind you... this is the 1st time I have ever felt the need towrite a review.

If your looking for a Hotel that offers all the same amenities as a 4 star hotel for half the price, then the Deauville is for you! We loved the enormous pool area and the access to the beach. The 24 hour security in and around the hotels property ensures you and your belongings are safe.The Health Club attached to the Hotel is as good as it gets and there is no charge to use it! The lobby is clean and the breakfast buffet was awesome. Rooms very comfortable, clean and A/C was freezing if we wanted it! Right in between Sunny Isles and South Beach.
