Recently stayed one night for my wifes birthday. Every person we came in contact from the doorman to the maid was courteous and helpful. Room was clean, we were allowed an early check-in and room was quiet and spotless. Self check-in/check out was a breeze! Good location by Grand central and room looked directly at the Chrysler building. Only minor issue was the hotel Shampoo smelled odd, but we always have our own in case. Also was quoted higher price by online travel website as special offer rooms were gone but was only charged special rate upon check out! Awesome!

Recently stayed one night for my wifes birthday. Every person we came in contact from the doorman to the maid was courteous and helpful. Room was clean, we were allowed an early check-in and room was quiet and spotless. Self check-in/check out was a breeze! Good location by Grand central and room looked directly at the Chrysler building. Only minor issue was the hotel Shampoo smelled odd, but we always have our own in case. This is a great hotel in a great location. It was very clean. The staff was great. They let us check in early (10am) and check out late. The maids cleaned our room every morning while we were out and did a tremendous job. We have no complaints and would stay again! Also the bed was very comfortable.
