Situated conveniently across from Panama City Mall, the three-diamond Comfort Inn & Conference Center is three miles from the marina. Special amenities include an exercise room, outside pool, copy and fax services, coin-op laundry, deluxe continental breakfast bar daily, and an evening snack reception with wine and cheese (Monday through Thursday). The free-standing, multi-functional conference center has 2000 square feet of meeting, seminar, and social event space. A full-service kitchen provides flexible capabilities for food and beverage. A number of audio-visual options are available. The Comfort Inn is located approximately three miles from the regional airport.

Each of the 105 guestrooms has a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, coffeemaker, dataport phone, Pay-Per-View TV, and complimentary HBO, breakfast, and local calls.
