We stayed for 10 days, everybody was very nice and the service was great, all the facilities were nice and clean. We defenetelly will consider this hotel to stay again in the near future. The camino real chain of hotels has a lot of prestige and we really got a great deal with the flight included. I recommend this hotel.

Staying at this hotel was a great choice. We do not speak a word of Spanish and the staff at the Camino Real did. It was great to be understood even though we were the minority. The staff was friendly and courteous. Our bellboy, who carried up our luggage the first day welcomed us and said anything we wanted he could get for us. He and the all the staff greeted us with smiles of recognition. It was a very welcoming stay. The only thing bad that happened on the trip was that the hair dryer in our room broke twice.

The hotel was like coming back home. It was an oasis in the desert. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. From the time we checked in, X, our bellboy, made it clear that anything we wanted he could help us find. Everytime we met him in the lobby, he would smile and say hi. It wasn't just X, it was all of the staff. The only problem was that the room service menu did not make it clear to us that there was a 10% fee and then we added our tip. The hair dryer broke twice while we were there.
