  This a very small hotel with an odd arrangement. Lobby is on the 4th floor of a building with a small lift. The room seemed like it had been a private dorm for the nearby university but I was told the building had been a single grand house, now divided up. There was a doctor's office on the second floor. The room had simple but functional furniture and was quiet. The bathroom was very small but nice. Shower - no tub. The staff (one guy at the desk was the only person with whom we delt) was very helpful and the breakfast (included) was excellent. The same guy was working the breakfast room. The parking is in a public parking structure about 100 meters away and came to about 12 euros a day. Hotel is located about 50 meters from the city's promenade, which is beautiful in October leaf change time. This hotel is a good value for the price and we enjoyed it very much. a very nice stay about which we have no complaints.
