  Made reservation in January and had requested room with two queen beds. On check-in was told we had one king. Reminded clerk of my request. Had to wait for room to be groomed. Found we were given a room with two double beds on "pet friendly" floor. Not pleased with that but decided it would be too much trouble to move. Rugs in common areas were badly in need of cleaning. Continental breakfast not at all like it used to be, now just adequate. I wondered why it would have slipped to only a three star rating - now I know why!
