  do not stay at this hotel very rude girl on reception not very welcoming or helpful made us feel like we shouldnt be there when we got to our room, keys didnt work i had to go back down after a long drive when we got in the room the rooms are very basic it put us off coming to newcastle again about four staff talking on reception this needs to be adressed by management
