We stayed overnight; checked in very late, arrived tired, ready for a shower and bed. The rug in our room was poorly cleaned but we were too tired to complain. But then we noticed that our bathroom had no shower curtain. We requested a shower curtain and it was delivered like it was a towel. We had to install it ourselves and we got to take a shower one hour after we arrived. The beds were OK but the linens are worn and have been washed too many times. The hallway to the elevator also needed vacuuming badly and so did the hallway of our floor. We have scratched this one from our list.

I think this is a great hotel. I traveled with 4 adults and 3 kids. We had clean rooms on the 4th floor. private balacony was nice. Both pools were great and the kids loved them. They were open late so when we got back from our day we could swim. that was a plus. Very close to bush gardens. The staff was very helpfull with anything we needed. 1 night they even sent the kids cookies and milk. It was a great time. I will be staying there again.

Stayed 3 nights during daughter's graduation from college. It was a very busy weekend and lots and lots of activity but the staff handled it fairly well. The internet connections worked great.
