  We checked into the family floor for the 1st night. The smell was unpleasant and a party next dor was somewhat loud. However, we were able to move to another room that was fantastic, larger and at no additional cost. The staff was fantastic ! We were able to get great advice and they moed all of our belongings to the new room. I highly recommend the in room massage. How can you beat 1 one hour massage fr $35 ? We have two more trips to Guatemala on the itinerary. We will definitely use the Raddison again.

  The staff was very helpful arranging a trip to tikal. food was great! also the hotel manager personnally took care of us during a trip to the american embassy. he ...

  The staff was very helpful arranging a trip to Tikal. Food was GREAT! Also the hotel manager personnally took care of us during a trip to the American embassy. He also checked every taxi for us to make sure the driver took good care of us. Just a great experience. Only minus was that the pool was small and hard to find.

  This hotel was alot better than our expectations. we just stayed there for one night but we wish we could of stayed their longer. they even gave us free breakfast ...

  this hotel was alot better than our expectations. We just stayed there for one night but we wish we could of stayed their longer. They even gave us free breakfast box lunches for our 7am flight. And with the free shuttle to the airport was a blessing.

  We had a great time! the staff is incredible! the breakfast bufffet is wonderful!they even did a turkey for thanksgiving!

• Radisson was a pleasant stay

  We went to visit our son as we were in the process of adoption. most of the staff spoke excellent english and were extremely helpful.
