  My husband and daughter stayed at hotel for 4 nights and it was horrible. Since we had business to attend to we were forced to stay. The a/c was terrible the wood floors had dirt embedded in them the beds were so uncomfortable and the bathroom had heated towel racks but no vents which made it extremely hot. The shower stalls were made of cheesey plastic stalls that would easily come off it track and there was small incline into the bathroom which my 4 year old trip on and fell. When we asked for extra pillows we were told we would have to pay for them. The two they gave us were like pancakes!! One night my daughter was playing with her dolls and wrapping them in one of the towels she had put the towel in the closet which my husband and I did know until we came back to the room and all the dirly towels were still in the bathroom with a note from house keeping that until we return the missing towel no other towels would be given to us!!! I would not stay at this hotel again.
