The pool was very cold and so was the hot tub. The restaurant workers had nasty attitudes, mainly the matradie. Very snotty. In the past when I have stayed at the hotel, I was very happy but this time, it has made me never want to go to that hotel again.

My husband and I recently stay at the Radisson in Windsor and we had a fabulous weekend! The hotel is in a great location and has spectacular riverviews. We we able to walk to Caesars Windsor from here or take a shuttle. The staff were more than accommodating. We explained to them that it was our 10th Wedding Anniversary and they gave us a complimentary upgrade to the Riverview! They recommeded some great restaurants! Would definatley go back again!

The location was perfect, and we were able to walk to all of the locations downtown. The only problem was finding it once crossing the bridge. Once we got there everything was great. Good staff and the room was fantastic!

We stayed at this hotel on our way back into the US, and were confident that being a Radissoin it would live it up to it's reputation. The rooms did not disappont. They were very clean, modern and quiet. They also offered Sleep Number Beds which gave us an amazing nights sleep! The hotel need to be updated as the paint and lobby seemed to be a bit on the dated side. The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from the Casino Windsor, many places to eat close by and the view across the river at night was AMAZING! We would stay here again.
