We stayed here while our nine year old attended the Okanagan Hockey School in July 2008. We really enjoyed the hotel, the pool, and enclosed courtyard. The rooms were very nice, very up to date, and superbly maintained. The one thing that stood out above all else was the hotel Staff and Management. Incredibly helpful, always cheerful with a genuine ""glad to see you"" greeting everytime a customer walked through the front door. The Staff gave a real shine to the place, and secured my family and I as long term future customers. Also, the hotel was within short walking distance to the famous Okanagan Hockey School, and to the even more famous Okanagan Lake Shore Drive. An incredible array of recreational activities and outstanding restaurants were within easy walking distance. We had a blast, and will again in the summer of 2009. Hope to see you there!

We stayed for 2 nights but would have stayed for 3. There is much to do around Penticton. Consider asking for a courtyard access room. I asked but they were all sold out months before. The pool was big and very refreshing. Our room had a poor view and no easy outdoor access. This hotel has had wings added to it so access to our room from the pool was a challenge for my 10 year old and sometimes for us too. Walking distance to Tim Hortons and to the canal tubing departure point.
