I booked this package deal on line for my 34th Wedding Anniversary relying on hte positive reviews I read. I was not disapointed! Non smoking facility - Honeymoon suite was clean everyday, plenty of towels, pleasant helpful staff, nice jacuzzi, coffee pot, fridge, safe, microwave, iron, hair dryer, king bed plenty of room. Package deal for 5 nights and 2 days of Dollywood, Miracle Theater, Blackwood Breakfast, and Dixie Stampede was a little over $ They even gave us a late checkout. This is a very nice place! Right across from Dixie Stampede and 10 mins from Dollywood. Trolly's run regualrly

Good place to stay in Pigeon Forge
11/12/2008The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was friendly and the indoor pool was enjoyable. well worth the price. close to many good restaurants, dolly's world and other activities.

Our family of five recently stayed at this hotel, and was disappointed. It is NOT within walking distance of the front gates of Dollywood. Our room was clean and large, but reeked of cigarette smoke even though the entire facility was supposed to be smoke free. The pool was quite small and didn't look very clean. Our children made the decision not to swim there. Most disappointing was the continental breakfast which was minimal at best. The breakfast area was large and well lit. However, no yogurt was offered, only two choices of cereal was offered, only canned fruit was available and the juice was warm and horrible. The hard boiled eggs weren't good either. Luckily, an International House of Pancakes is within walking distance, and that is where we chose to eat on the 2nd morning of our stay. Our nightly rate was $ in October, which is peak season in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. We felt that a more varied and better tasting continental breakfast should have been available for that rate. On our next visit to Pigeon Forge, we won't be looking to this Comfort Inn for our lodging needs.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 3yr old son. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great, there is a Denny's on one side and a Pizza Hut on the other, not to mention several restaurants within walking distance. We will definately stay here again.

Our stay here was horrible. We had a $100+ a night room w/ spatub in room. Room was not clean, and I ended up getting a nasty earinfection from the spatub. I will never stay again and will warn others.
