  The manager at this hotel should be very proud of his staff. They were all very helpful. Everyone went out of their way to help. Good breakfast. Great location, close to subway. Rooms are not big but nice.

  I had to make an urgent call back to US because of a credit card issue, the front desk staff did not know how to turn on the phone in my room so I could dial out internationally, plus she procrastinated and delayed my request, which was absurd for the service industry.
