the hotel is conveniently located and the breakfasts are very good. that´s about it with the pros. the cons started with the service at the front desk. they did not have my reservation that was an vtp with mexicana and that took them about 20 to 30 minutes to sort it out. then they did not have the room reserved and they sent me to the smoking floor, even though iI do not smoke. the bed was terrible, you can hardly rest , funny odor coming from the bathroom and on top of everything they charged me the breakfast that was included. that took another good half hour to sort out and even then I ended up paying one of the included meals.
