Important Hotel Information
- A non-refundable damage waiver fee of 25.00 (for arrivals beginning January 1, 2010, the fee is 35.00) is collected at check in. This covers anything from normal wear and tear to minor damages up to 1500. The guest must still notify the Front Desk upon arrival of any damages in the unit or they may be liable for the damages. The damage waiver fee does not cover negligence or willful misconduct.
- Minimum Check in age is 25 years old.
