Important Hotel Information
- Please be advised that the front desk hours to check-in are from 8 am to 5 pm. All late arrivals for Long Beach will need to check-in at Majestic Beach Resort, located 1/2 mile west of the Long Beach at 10901 Front Beach Road. Majestic is available 24 hours per day.
- A non-refundable damage waiver fee of 25.00 (for arrivals beginning January 1, 2010 the fee is 35) is collected at check in. This covers anything from normal wear and tear to minor damages up to 1500. The guest must still notify the Front Desk upon arrival of any damages in the unit or they may be liable for the damages. The damage waiver fee does not cover negligence or willful misconduct.
- Minimum Check in age is 25 years old.

Warning - rude staff and excessive fees

I booked this room through Travel online and was told that when I arrive, I would have to pay an additional $* for cleaning fees. I didn't have a problem with that, but upon checking in, they also had "manditory - non refundable damage waiver" fee of $* that I was not aware of and additonal city license fees and occupancy tax fees. The cost went up nearly a third. That wasn't the bad part though. When I checked in I asked for a delayed check out. The girl said she put in the computer that my checkout would be at noon. When I when to my room at 11:30 the day I was checking out - the key didn't work anymore. I went to the front desk about my key not working, the lady told me I should have been checked out by 10am and that she charged me $* for a late checkout. I said I had a noon checkout, but she said "only I can approve a late checkout and I didn't". Then she said "and you are lucky I don't charge you an additional $* because I can charge you $* for every hour past your checkout time". How RUDE!!! I was happy with the room and the rest of my experience, but was charged over $* of additional fees and treated like I was trespassing upon checkout. It turned my plesant stay into a very bad experience!

The room was a 2 bedroom suite with a nice large kitchen, living and dining area. Every room has a GREAT view of the beach and ocean. Our unit was beginning to get a little run down. The facility is a little older but very nice for a family or even several families to stay. You can cook your own meals, but the resturants around were very good and a lot of fun.

We stayed over the Christmas holiday and love Panama City Beach. The accomendations were beautiful. Our room was a non-smoking room but the 2nd bedroom recked of smoke. The front door was broken on the bottom at the door jam and some of the dishes were dirty. I'm sure if I had asked they would have moved us into another condo but we had already unloaded all our stuff and didn't want to make a trip back down to the office. Except for those 3 things the experience was great. The smoke smell was the big deal.
