  Being part of a tour from the USA , we were promised 1st class accommodations , it didn't happen . Luckily our stay was for only 2 nights ( 14 oct 09 ) . Carpets are worn and dirty . The shower drained slowly therefore water was ankle deep when shower completed . The people working ( desk and housekeeping ) I must admit were friendly and helpful . I have reported my disappointment to our tour operator .

  My wife and I stayed here. The room was large and clean as was the bathroom. It was a very short walk to the lake and a very pleasant walk (1/2 mile) along the lake to the center of town for shopping and restaurants. The only complaint was that they turned off the A/C for the summer and it was still warm outside and in the room. The people who worked at the hotel spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Need to take a taxi to the hotel from the train station. I would stay here again.
