  The sheets are too small for the bed, they'll only clean the room and give you fresh towels if you request it, we were only given one bar of soap, one shampoo/conditioner for a 4 night stay, lights above sink didn't work and despite telling the front desk a few times they were not changed, smoke alarm was 2 wires hanging from the ceiling (cover was in the dresser drawer), you can't turn the volume down on the TV, continental breakfast was whatever wasn't used the day before and put out the next day, reservation lost even when phoned directly and secured with credit card, front desk people were not helpful (one was dying his hair while on shift), it was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Management doesn't address any complaints, they just ignore them !!

  My stay was mercifully short .Itravel alot for business all over the world and have had some bad places to stay but, this one is one of the worst.I found the room very dirty,bad smelling and thin walled a terrible combination.This made for a very bad stay.Amenities were not as stated (no fridge in room and I was told to use the microwave in the lobby)Also the front desk wasn't interested in my compliants.A bad place makes your business trip hard to focus on.I would not recommend this one.

  I had a great time staying here. the high speed wireless internet works awesome. the staff is so friendly and service is too good. the prices are also very reasonable.

  The hotel room was nice, plenty of lighting, storage and a door to the bathroom that slides out of the wall. However, to get your things to the room you can only go in the front entrance and most of the parking is at the back of the building so it is a long walk to the front of the building and then within the hotel to your room. We ended up opening our window and handing luggage out it to reduce the walk, only works if your on the 1st floor. Get to the continental breakfast early or you'll have slim pickings.
