Paying over * per night (I think I paid like * for the business room), I was EXTREMELY disapointed with this hotel. Don't get me wrong, the staff was very friendly, and to say that the cleanliness of the hotel was anything below the level of immaculate would be an outright lie. However, when it comes to Crowne Plaza, I am used to a hotel that prides itself in the comfort of its beds, and the quality of its amenities. The bed in this hotel felt like I was sleeping on cardboard that had a concrete slab underneath. The quality of the furniture was extremely poor as well. When showering, the soap smelled so bad that I literally had to go and buy my own because I couldn't take the smell. I will never book a room at this hotel again, as I booked it as a way to "treat" myself after working extremely hard at work. This room was no treat, and it felt as if I was staying at a Motel 6. This hotel is very deceptive. The outside and entrance looks extremely luxurious, however the rooms leave much to be desired.

The only bad thing i can say is that when i got there the double bed room was small. We had a hard time upgrading to the presidential suite because I booked on an online travel website and when I went to Puerto Vallarta they wouldn't credit my move to another sister hotel there. Some english speaking staff but it is in a GREAT Location. Good food and clean rooms. The pool area is very nice.
