I had a horrible flight experience so when i arrived at the hotel and saw the beautiful smiles on their faces, I knew I was going to have a great stay. Not only did the front desk staff commiserate with me, they checked me into a room facing in towards the pool so I could get some sun. Their restaurant/bar staff were also very helpful and kind. Definitely helped make my stay in Scottsdale Memorable!!!!!
