We stayed business class which means we got two meals a day, turn down service, and a beautiful room. The exercise room was so much more. All of the equipment was new and worked. After you exercised with a view of the garden and the pool you could take a steam shower with eucalyptus or a jacuzzi bath, both of them private. The hotel was far from the road so it had a quiet setting with a kind staff. the food was fantastic and authentic. The security was excellent and I felt safe at all times. The free shuttles to shopping and the airport were grand. Everyone was flexible and kind. The rooms were impeccable and the views were stunning. Every dollar you spend here will be worth it !

We stayed at the Quinta Real while picking up our daughter. It was wonderful. The staff was kind and considerate. Every staff member went out of their way for us and our daughter. When she was naturally upset, she was nearly two, they would try to comfort her and help us speak Spanish to her.
Room service was great. The restaurant in the hotel was great. The staff will also help you order carry out from local restaurants.
The room was realtively clean although the carpet needed attention. The room was large and had plenty of room for a crib too.
We were there in December and it was chilly. The pool was in need of cleaning but it was too cold to swim.
Almost all staff members speak English which is helpful.
The grounds were beautiful and we felt safe walking around the hotel in the evening. Although it is located on a main street, we did not hear any outisde noise at all.
I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet, relaxing stay. -

Enjoyed our stay here. It was a bit of a reward after several weeks in hostels and such. Room was gigantic, bed great, and the shower incredible. Nice patio with table and chairs.
The hotel let us check in at 9am as well! All staff very friendly and helpful.
The hotle grounds are beautiful with some small waterfalls and gardens.
Only downside, the pool didn't appear to have been cleaned in some days and the jacuzzis were cold. That said, the weather was dreary and we didn't actually attempt to go for a swim. -

Lovely hotel with very nice restaurant. Has beautiful views of volcanos. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I stayed here for an adoption and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
