EN EL MES DE ABRIL DEL 2008, MI ESPOSO Y YO ESTUVIMOS DE VISITA EN GUATEMALA, EL HOTEL Y EL SERVICIO EXELENTE, LAS PERSONAS QUE TRABAJAN EN EL, SON MUY AMIGABLES Y SIEMPRE HACEN LO POSIBLE PARA QUE LOS VISITANTES SE SIENTAN COMO EN CASA, LA COMIDA MUY RICA, DEFINITIVAMENTE VOLVERIAMOS A QUEDARNOS EN ESTE HOTEL !

We stayed at the Westin while visiting our daughter whom we are adopting. From the time we were picked up at the airport until the time we were dropped off, the service was fantastic. The hotel staff was very accomadating and friendly. Whatever we needed, they got for us. The food was also very good. We were lucky enough to have good weather and the pool area was great. The beds are heavenly. We will most definitely be staying there again.

I was so impressed with this beautiful hotel. We certainly weren't expecting much because of the extensive poverty in this country, but wow! Beautiful, huge heated pool, 18 person jacuzzi, tennis courts, beautiful work out room, piano bar, casino, several restaurants, shops, GREAT BEDS, large beautiful bathrooms. One of the nicest places I've stayed anywhere!
