The rooms are incredibly small, old and worn out. The plumbing works sporadically. Staff is friendly, but the front desk service is slow. You will be charged for internet service. Food at the hotel is very good but very expensive. Other hotels nearby offer much better value for the same money.

We had never seen a room that SMALL and DIRTY before. It is not a 4 Star hotel at all. Outside looks very nice but the room inside is terrible. When we opened our luggage, it already hit the door. When we sat down the toilet, the sink was right in front of you less than 1 foot. There were severl big mold on the mirror at the restroom. We went to front desk and asked for exchanging to a reasonable room. They were so rude and laughing. That was totally disrespect. They said if you wanted a better room, you could paid USD200 more per night. When we booked this hotel, it said the price was for standard room. As a four star hotel, this kind of room can't reach the standard at all. I wish I could see the bad review when I booked this hotel. This is the most terrible hotel experience that I had never had.

Not a bad hotel to stay in for such a rate. The staff are friendly and are able to communicate in english. Though the water cant drain well in the bathtub, the staff managed to clear it promptly.

Excellent location. Convenient shopping. Great restaurants nearby. Very helpful hotel staff. Transportation is an ease with subway. No doubt will stay there again. Btw, never reserve a standard room as it is in poor shape. Request a deluxe room (remodeled) for US $30.00 more each night, which is much upscale and pleasant looking room than the standard.

It is a nightmare to check in this hotel which is rated 4 stars. I haven't seen a room (Room no. 601) which is too small to accommodate 2 persons, moreover I can't open the wardrobe door and the curtain can't be drawn. Never recommend to anyone.
