  I went to Ecuador last fall for a surgical procedure and needed a hotel that was accommodating to my needs, all my requests were met with a happy smile at all times, the bell boys were excellent, they would go to the drug store and fill my presciptions, went and bought me snacks down at the corner, my requests were always met in a timely manner. The rooms are very clean, I love my housekeeper Wilson always would leave me sweets after he made the beds...there is nothing negative I can say about this hotel. I am going back to Guayaquil for a follow up on my procedure and will be staying at Hotel Continental again.
